J. Ralph "Ras" ROYER, 88, of St. Leonard’s Home, Hollidaysburg, formerly of Williamsburg, died Monday night, Oct. 15, 2001, at Bon Secours-Holy Family Hospital, Altoona. Born Nov. 2, 1912, in Williamsburg, he was a
son of the late Charles Rhule and Bertha (Fay) Royer. He married Anna
Eamigh July 15, 1940, in Winchester, Va. She preceded him in death April 18, 1999. Surviving are a sister, Helen P. Isenberg of Hollidaysburg, and a brother. Charles E. Royer, also of Williamsburg, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard D. Royer of Huntingdon, May 14, 1998. Mr. Royer was of the Lutheran faith. He retired as an independent truck driver in 1978. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at the Rose Hill Cemetery, Altoona, with Pastor Elizabeth A. Hess officiating. Interment will follow..
